Fundraising is a large portion of our business. We have dedicated our time helping our customers plan successful plant sales throughout the year. Our May-Mother's Day sale includes many potted plants, hanging baskets, annuals, herbs, vegetable and bedding flats, container gardens and more.

Mums, ornamental peppers, cabbage, kale, pansies and asters make the perfect color compliment to your fall decorations.
Christmas & Hanukkah (December)

For the Christmas season, we offer exceptional boxed decorated door wreaths and poinsettias ranging in pot sizes from 4 1/2" to 17" and poinsetta hanging baskets. We also offer cyclamen, amaryllis, and paperwhites which can be used during Hanukah.

How can I schedule my plant sale fundraiser with Ace Greenhouses?
Please call Toni at (908)284-9588 if you are planning to hold a fundraiser so that we can get you on our delivery schedule as soon as possible. We will also give you deadlines for your order submission depending on which of our fundraisers you will be participating in.
How can I get a price list?
Submit our price list request form or call our office to request a price list for your group.
How do I run a plant sale?
If you are experienced with plant fundraisers or if you have never run one before, we can help you by offering suggestions on what to order. You can specify colors or we can give you our popular grower's mix of colors. You do not have to order case minimums. You buy only what you need - no leftovers! Maximize your profit.
What is the best way to take customer orders from our group?
Using pre-order forms is the most successful way to run your plant sale. Pre-order forms should be distributed to your group 3 weeks prior to our due date. You must establish a cut off date for your group so that you can mail, e-mail or fax us your final order by the date specified.
How do I place my final order to Ace Greenhouses?
In order for us to quickly process your order, we ask that you use our order form to place your order. We are sorry but we can not process any orders using customer spreadsheets. All orders will be confirmed by phone to review your order and review the final details. If you do not hear from us within 2 days of submitting your order, please call us immediately.
What happens when my order gets delivered?
When your order is delivered you will need to have some "helpers" from your group on hand to help you unload the truck. The driver will not get off the truck, he will unload your order to the back tailgate and pass the plants to your helpers.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Check or Cash.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
A $25 delivery charge will be added to each delivery. It is very important to include with your order, directions or a detailed map for our delivery drivers to use for reference.
